    I have a separate google email for all this registration of products, as well as, gaming bs. These companies end up selling your email to various phishing companies. You should get a separate email for registrations, makes life way easier and you feel happy you got one up on any that sell your info. I like how you experiment and how you explain things, at first I thought I would need a drink to understand any of it, but once you demonstrated it, eureka 💡, I didn’t feel so dumb after all. Not saying I’m not, but at least I didn’t feeellll it. 😂

    Yo brother thanks for your very informative video. I bought a "spector" induction cooktop from ebay and that pos makes my 3k inverter shut down from the spikes! Just ordered this same model "tokit" from their website, $177 delivered (from China, I expect). Also, I was speaking with a sparky today at work and he reckons those on-off spikes are really reducing the life of your inverter, battery, switches and everything connected to the device. Seems like a no-brainer to pay the extra $120 or so to prolong the life of your far more expensive devices.

    I envy your view!! Do you think a few finger sized sticks of river cane or bamboo could be easily lashed together to form a lightweight frame for this panel when camping? Rather than lashing, one could possibly fabricate some take-down fittings from PVC or EMT (It's what we call the thin walled electrical conduit in the US. Don't know what you fellas call it.) Cut short lengths of EMT, smash one end and pop rivet them together into Tees and Ells and Crosses to allow you to build a square with a few cross members. I think it could be done in a way that was fairly portable. What do you think? Would it still be too flimsy or not worth the effort?

    • @darrenc4096
      @darrenc4096 18 дней назад

      If you've not heard of the issues with some kings gear failing, causing fires in community groups or social media groups and seen the pictures as proof you're not looking very hard. With regards to kings customers and drug and alcohol consumption, it's warning in kings own documentation supplied with the unit. The reason these things get added to manuals as warnings is because it has happened enough times to warrant a warning to be included. you will note i included myself in that demographic as part comment. It's merely an observation of the type of activities many campers enjoy and is not limited to kings users only. If you think my concerns are unwarranted, feel free to watch part 2 where I test the unit and you can see the outcomes for yourself. If you can't see why this information could be valuable to some users, I guess you might see it as time wasting.

    Great review, you echoed my thoughts on their performance exactly having just upgraded(only just) myself to these from previous Lightforce LED215SD light purchased in 2018. The Beast lights are better, but I don't think I would of bought them if I could of tried them first. I only run them in beast mode (as this is the default if you use a standard heavy duty harness, my Beasts pull 26.6amps @ 13.93volts) and I feel they don't project any further down the road then the LED215SD (which are very good already), the Beasts do spread the light wider and more evenly, which is more important to me. The colour temp of the Beasts are whiter and as a result more gentler on the eyes from the road sign reflections. I also thought the mounting system appeared to be a step backward from the previous big stainless brackets of the LED215SD's, time will tell with this one. Overall I was expecting more from the $1200 cost to upgrade... If I had no spots previously they may worth the investment from the quality, warranty and Australian made perspective. I was also disappointed that Lightforce don't have the install instructions on the their website, presumably to make you think you need to buy their harness to make them work,(which you do if you want to switch modes, however I don't), full power to all of the light all of the time is what I want when they are on. On a side note the still perfectly good 6 year old LED215SD's can now go on the second car. Cheers.

    As a fellow Aussie, the second you used imperial units, i stopped caring what you had to say. 😞

    Did you try dc stoves to save the consumption of the dc to ac converter?

    Would love to see a review of the Bluetti AC180 for extra power which i am thinking of getting to run Brass Monkey 30ltr Fridge and a Phillips Dream Station CPAP Machine (without humidifyer)for trips away. Portable Solar Panels would be a possible addition later but not sure. Not normally sitting around campsite to get the better input from the panels and driving around won't give me much from the cig charger. Only have an SUV so love the portability of these units but unsure of what's left after running the above products and any advice would be appreciated. Love the video's, keep them coming

    Hi! If my power station has Anderson charging characteristics 18-30 Wt 8A max, is this solar panel Ok with power 11A to my station? Or 8A and 11A is crucial and will damage station or panel ?
